As a Wellness coach my philosophy is that we are all guardians of our own life. When change feels hard, I will take accountability to support and encourage you to get where you want to be. We all need a helping hand to steer us to the path that works best for us. That is where our guidance can help you to make positive and lasting changes to your life.
We provide a safe, person centred space for you to explore your goals related to health and wellbeing. Supporting you every step of the way.
I will work with you to enhance self-motivation, self-regulation, navigate your journey of change and build your resources such as positivity, optimism and resilience.

Our sessions are 30 minutes and can be offered digitally or face to face
