Hello, I'm an integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I am a private practitioner and work part-time as a counsellor at Kings College London University, supporting students. My approach is to work together to set goals and introduce techniques to assist you in making the changes you believe will improve your life.

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work with adult clients who may be experiencing depression, or anxiety. Most of my clients see a lifting of symptoms within the first month and a sustained improvement thereafter.

Working closely with your HR and leadership teams to build workplace wellness strategies targeted to your organisation's needs, I will develop workplace wellness strategies tailored to your organisation's needs.

Mind and Soul Short Courses & Mental Health Training​
I combine my mental and physical health expertise and cognitive behavioural therapy training to lead person-centered, solution-focused courses on anxiety management, self-esteem, emotional dependency, and thinking patterns.
Through a catalogue of Mental Health Training courses and resources, I focus on providing training and support for your workplace.

I offer the two-day Scotland Mental Health First Aid (SMHFA/ MHFA) courses recognised by Public Health Scotland and the England program.
